Use our coconut sugar the same way you use regular sugar, it’s a perfect 1:1 ratio. Try our Flourless Brownies: 4 large eggs 1 cup Big Tree Farms Brown Coconut Sugar 1 cup cacao powder 1/4 + 1 tsp coconut oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp salt Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into wax paper lined 8” x 4” pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let set for 4 hours before cutting. Enjoy!
